Sources of information. We collect information directly from you (e.g., checkout, forms), automatically via cookies/pixels, and from service providers and partners (e.g., analytics, advertising, payment, fulfillment).
2) How we use your information
We use your information to:
-
Provide and improve the Site and services (process orders, payments, shipping, returns, account management, troubleshooting).
-
Communicate with you (transactional messages about your orders; marketing emails/SMS if you opt in; important policy updates).
-
Personalize your experience (recommendations, saved carts, content, and offers).
-
Analytics and performance (measure traffic and campaign performance, debug, and secure our systems).
-
Compliance, security, and fraud prevention (verify identity, detect malicious activity, enforce terms, meet legal obligations).
We process your information on various legal bases, including contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., security, marketing to existing customers), your consent (e.g., for certain cookies/SMS/email marketing where required), and compliance with laws.
3) Cookies, pixels, and tracking
We and our partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver/measure ads on and off the Site. Examples include analytics tools and advertising pixels that help us understand performance and show you more relevant products.
Your choices:
-
Manage cookie preferences via your browser or device settings; blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.
-
Some browsers and extensions offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by law, we treat a valid GPC as a request to opt out of “sale”/“sharing”/targeted advertising on this browser.
-
You can also contact us to adjust advertising preferences (see Section 8).
4) How we disclose information
We disclose personal information to:
-
Service providers/contractors who help us run the business (e.g., website hosting/e-commerce platform, payment processors, fraud tools, shipping/fulfillment, customer support, email/SMS platforms, analytics, and advertising partners). They are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.
-
Advertising and analytics partners to measure performance and, where permitted, to personalize ads (“sharing”/“targeted advertising” under some state laws).
-
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
-
Legal and safety when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not disclose full payment card numbers to Immortal Bar; those are handled by our payment processor.
5) SMS and email marketing
If you sign up for SMS or email marketing, you consent to receive messages from us at the number or email you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time:
-
SMS: reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
-
Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email.
We may use tracking technologies in emails/SMS to understand engagement (e.g., opens, clicks) and improve relevance.
6) Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described above, including:
-
For orders: typically 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
-
For marketing: until you opt out or after a period of inactivity (typically 24–36 months) unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
We then delete or de-identify information in accordance with our retention policies.
7) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using a secure connection when browsing.
